Soon, we learned that they also do video editing, so they ended up doing a majority of our video editing as well. They've done such a great job supporting us with great graphics and videos for over a year now! So much so, that we have extended their team to work more broadly in a marketing capacity for us!! What truly sets them apart is their organization and communication. My project manager, Ria, is exceptional. She communicates clearly, responds quickly, and makes the entire process feel seamless. Everything is structured, transparent, and easy to follow, which makes a huge difference when you’re juggling multiple ideas and projects. One of the things I appreciate most is Ria's ability to take my big, sometimes scattered ideas and break them down into clear, actionable steps. I’ll often bring concepts that are still forming, and she helps translate them into organized plans that turn into high-quality, creative designs. That level of clarity and support is rare. The designs themselves are impressive: thoughtful, creative, and professionally executed. I’ve consistently been impressed with the quality of work the team delivers! I also love their use of Loom videos to walk through deliverables and feedback. It makes collaboration feel personal and efficient. Their backend system is intuitive and easy to use . What problems is Draftss solving and how is that benefiting you? Draftss solves the constant “I need this designed… like yesterday” problem in my business. I’m always building something: social media graphics, slide decks, sales pages, launch assets, brand visuals, PDFs, you name it. Before Draftss, that meant either doing it myself (which takes forever) or juggling multiple freelancers. Now I can just submit the task and know it’s getting handled! They’ve basically become my creative execution team! What’s helped me the most is that I don’t have to show up with everything perfectly organized.
