I can not think of any downsides to Dozuki. The thing is going to be getting everyone to understand it. I do not like how our tablets are blocked for editing photos. The Wiki pages are quite annoying to be honest. The coding syntax is just too old school for a modern piece of software. These pages can be very helpful to input a lot of information on just one page rather than limited amount of characters/bullet points within each step of a procedure.

Dozuki provides a unique content creation interface that encourages the writing of meaningful guides that are easy to use and follow by end users. It is helping resolve customer queries more effectively and efficiently than the traditional download pdf guides that we are moving away from. Dozuki follows a template format so flexibility may be restricted. This can be a downside for some, but we wanted an off the shelf solution and they have accommodated some of our requests to personalize, so check what you want to achieve against what the platform delivers, and also discuss with them if something that isn't available can be incorporated. The only downside of Dozuki is that there is no way to upload existing documents. You have to create a new document for all content.
