Doxy.me has become my go-to tele provider for my mental health counseling practice. Their free version has a very functional format that provides a safe, confidential platform for telemed services. Doxy.me is very easy to use for our clinical staff, and our patients haven't had any issues with it either. I don't have any dislikes specifically. The only issues we ever really have with Doxy.me is the same issues any other Telehealth system would have, lousy internet connection and minimal technical skills for the patient. Doxy.me is the answer to that, and everyone has been pleased with it. It was so easy to setup, and the clinical staff hasn't had any issues using it.
