The setup process was far more complicated than we anticipated and we kept running into roadblocks. The documentation was confusing and often seemed to assume prior knowledge that we did not have. The interface was clunky and not intuitive. We tried multiple times to get basic workflows running and could not make it happen. The support team was polite but they could not resolve our issues quickly. We found ourselves spending more time troubleshooting than actually evaluating the platform. After several weeks of effort, we realized we were getting nowhere and decided to cut our losses. **What problems is DoxFlowy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using DoxFlowy, we had a hard time keeping track of documents and making sure everything was moving through the right process. Things would get missed or delayed, especially when multiple people were involved. With DoxFlowy, everything is more organized and easier to follow.
