"Dovetale is a solid influencer research and vetting tool"

What do you like best about Dovetale?

The expansive filters available to users to aid the influencer search/vetting process. I haven't worked with another tool during my professional career that is this easy to use. Being able to set audience location, influencer ER and audience size is a standard for me when using the platform, and cuts the time it would take to search influencers on other platforms or manually, nearly in half. What do you dislike about Dovetale?

Working with campaigns and the reporting feature within campaigns can be a little confusing and doesn't support all platforms (i.e. LinkedIn) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dovetale solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Dovetale, we are able to confidently present diverse candidate pools to our clients for our campaigns thanks to the detailed filter options. We also like the ability to share our lists and campaigns with external parties (i.e. our clients) via a special link so they can view the high-level data.

One of my other favorite things about Dovetale is the highly customizable slide layouts available to us. This cuts out so much time during the research/planning phases as we can leverage these metrics slides in our decks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dovetale?

I like that I am able to quickly see engagement rates and content at a glance when sourcing particular influencers. I also like to take a deeper dive into their audience demo location, gender, and age range. This helps when certain clients are looking for Canadian influencers with a strong Canadian following. What do you dislike about Dovetale?

I do not like the refined search capabilities when sourcing influencer locations. I've found most troubles when looking for influencers based in Atlantic Canada. The platform does not recognize those provinces. Also, I'm not too fond of the campaign sign-up forum. Almost all of my partners have had issues signing up, and often requires me to reach out to Dovetale support to solve the problem. This is just an additional thing I have to factor in when working with influencer campaigns that takes a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is solving that I don't have to manually search for influencers online or through social platforms. It would be helpful for this platform to begin pulling TikTok metrics for future opportunities. "It's Pretty Great... Except For One Tiny Thing"

What do you like best about Dovetale?

I love how easy it is to manage influencers in your community. Sending the gifts from Dovetale instead of Shopify is a great tool, and I also like how you can easily pay them through the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dovetale?

If Dovetale could add TikTok as a search feature on their Discovery page, I would be content. It's extremely difficult to find TikTok influencers on the website, and that's really what we're currently pushing. It's alright with searching for Instagram, but we can't search at all for TikTok. What do you like best about Dovetale?

The team is fantastic + responsive!

The platform is straightforward to use, and the interface is very user-friendly. My intern, with no experience, figured it out in a snap! It's great and customizable. We reviewed many platforms and this was the best one by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How convenient and multi-functional the platform is. I love not having to use a lot of different sites/platforms to track everything. Dovetale is exactly what we needed.

Very glitchy, often kicks creators off the site or won't allow them to join, even with customer service help this is an issue that has not been resolved.

User issues like adjusting the date selection can be frustrating when the pop up is half outside the screen and altering the zoom does not help.

When tasks are complete you have to delete them otherwise they constantly send out overdue reminders even when complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Dovetale:

- don't set due dates on tasks
