I still do have my hesitations about sending emails and having it come from a "bot" account. Overall the platform is straightforward to use. With minimal overhead to set up the job description and company profile, we could screen and vet candidates far more quickly than we previously were on our own. Dover is still a relatively early platform, so we did encounter some bugs and glitches, particularly when setting up our pipelines or when trying to use some of the custom features, but the Dover team was always quick to fix the issues.
