It's been helpful to have Dover to generate outbound for roles. It would work best with a company with no recruiting resources but with someone who can maintain the pipeline and communicaiton. Lack of personalization: doesn't keep track of networks of people who are already on the team, can't customize responses outside of the templated ones, defensive account managers at times.
