I was specifically impressed by the message builder which helped to create personalized messages. Dovehero sold itself as direct marketing for campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS and Email. **What do you dislike about Dovehero?** I have encountered unfulfilled campaigns scheduling for campaign distribution. This inconsistency has affected my marketing plan and caused confusion with my target clients. I signed up didn’t go out for hours after signing up, this created a wrong perception about the calendar. **What problems is Dovehero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dovehero might help to avoid excessive time spent on scheduling and organizing campaigns through many channels at once. I have described are rather unreliable and need additional fine-tuning to guarantee timely deliveries on my part. ### 2. As it allowed me to automate blasting WhatsApp, SMS, and Emails in one place and templates are ready to use. **What do you dislike about Dovehero?** The analytics dashboard looks somewhat superficial. The program is good in showing me just raw figures of the opens, clicks per message But they do not allow me to go further and micro engage with customers. **What problems is Dovehero solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dovehero has improved my marketing automation by combining the ability to communicate via multiple-channels. Campaign creation is easy through the pre-built templates and collaboration tools, but basic engagement metrics are overly simple. ### 3.
