I like using Doubletick - Email Tracking for Gmail and GSuite because it's good to use. It allows me to see who's seen my email by showing the text, which is really helpful. I find it to be the easiest to use and it's not very costly, plus it tracks emails accurately. Setting it up is very easy as it's just an extension that you have to apply.
