Keeper is a fantastic tool for overseeing a bookkeeping practice, ensuring accurate bookkeeping in QBO and Xero as well as administering quality control over your employees. I implemented Keeper at the 1099 deadline but have been using it for all of my clients since, and it has been so much help in identifying discrepancies in the books before I get to the year-end review. Keeper streamlines the main processes of our accounting firm. Without Keeper we had to use a few different softwares to accomplish the same tasks. We can structure client onboarding, monthly financials, and document storage all within Keeper. They give a ton of control as well so we can customize when, who, and what we email.
