I mostly use Keeper for the Month End Close and for the Client Portal. Keeper makes it so easy to ask clients about transactions. This amazing software brings a new level of organization and work-flow-planning to my small business. I provide accounting services (NOT TAX) to multiple clients, and Keeper keeps it all straight. What do I have to do for each client? Which staffer is going to work for which client? What's left to do before we close the month? All of that and more is neatly organized in Keeper. It literally runs my operations department and provides an easy path to on-boarding for new clients and new employees alike. Customer support is excellent.
