I would say that it seems modern and is easy to use. It color codes the persons so that way you don't accidentaly mess up when you are creating the spaces to be signed. It also saves files which is great for when I need to refernce them in the future. The other great thing is that once everyone finishes signing a file it send you a PDF with the compelted file to everyone's email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The auto-apply feature for signatures across all pages is a huge time-saver - especially for lengthy test reports. Tracking signature status helps me know exactly who's reviewed what, and the automatic reminders mean I don't have to chase people for approvals anymore. I find the bulk action feature significantly lacking in DottedSign. When dealing with multiple, similar test reports, I am unable to bulk edit signature fields or routing rules and have to configure each document individually. This process is time-consuming and inefficient, especially since I deal with around 15 to 20 similar documents at a time. I believe there should be a functionality to replicate template settings across multiple documents, allowing me to apply the same signature field positions, routing rules, and reminder schedules quickly.
