It has state-of-the-art and comprehensive security features and measures that ensures that we sign our documents safely without putting our data at risk. Setting up DottedSign was so easy and allows creating of reusable e-signatures that makes signing multiple documents very easy and less time consuming. It is also easy to edit an existing e-signature and update it. DottedSign is designed with a very intuitive interface that make it easy to navigate through it and sign all the documents we need to sign. DottedSign offers a tutorial that guided us how to get started making our learning curve very simple and short. We also appreciate the support team who have walked with us throughout the whole journey from the time of implemention till now. DottedSign supprted integration with other third party products like document storage and sharing products making it easy to access documents, sign them and send them to the relevant person. DottedSign offer reminders that help us to know any document that is pending to be signed. The ease of access of DottedSign from any device and anywhere makes it possible to sign documents remotely at any time. DottedSign makes it possible to sign all documents at one and then sharing them in bulk rather than doing it one by one. The reporting function provide very clear audit trails that help us track our signing work and get to know who signed which document.
