With every program seemingly offering some kind of integration with cloud-based storage or at the very least cloud-based access, it's helping get the word out to some that the ability to access contracts, quotes, and other vital documents on the go is simply a must in this day and age. The DottedSign platform is packed with great features that make this offering hard to resist compared with others on the market. The user interface is extremely easy to use and getting up and running is a breeze due to the intuitive backend which was clearly thought out prior to launching. I have only needed to contact the support team twice in regard to this software, and both times my issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, which is more than I can say for a good number of other companies out there today. **What do you dislike about DottedSign?** While I can't say that there are many things that I dislike about this program, I can say that there are a few additions that I would like to see. The templates that are included with DottedSign are adequate, but I feel as though a wider offering could only help more users. Some organization options within the platform could be a little more robust and have additional filtering options available, but what exists currently is enough to get by comfortably. One thing that is a little troublesome is the synchronicity between the different software platforms. Sometimes I will be on the go and working on projects or editing contracts in the mobile app, and when I get to my office and sign in on the browser-based version of the program it can sometimes take a little while for accounts to get on the same page as one another. **What problems is DottedSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DottedSign is one company in a group of many that are offering E-Signature services to the business world and are doing a good amount to set themselves apart. This company provides a great solution to those who have legally binding documents that they need to get signed by another party. They are great at keeping the backend of the platform well organized and clutter-free so that you can focus on your top priorities and can even get reminders for items that may have slipped through the cracks. I really like the ability to work in both a mobile-based software platform and a browser-based software platform that has the same functionality. One of the biggest issues our team in the field faces is having their laptop or computer access while they are making sales calls in different states and cities. So having the ability to work off your phone when you need to has come in handy on so many different occasions. ### 21. The level of transparency does not exist as much as we want it to. **What problems is DottedSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to automate the signing up of candidates for interviews in which sensitive information will be revealed to them and also after onboarding new employees.
