How transparent everything is and how easy it tracking my assets through the Dots system. Also the communication with the Dots team in real-time for quick problem resolution adds to the experience, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the product is still in beta, so expanding the product features would make Dots even more compelling. Enhancements to the portal, such as employee portal that is coming in the future, would make the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
