dots POS is a point-of-sale system for restaurants and cafés in Saudi Arabia, made by a Saudi company in Al Ahsa. It sells on iPad and Android tablets, runs tables and a floor plan, sends kitchen tickets to a printer or a kitchen screen, and shows a customer display. Every invoice is a tax e-invoice compatible with ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2, and the POS keeps selling offline (up to 60 sales per device). Higher plans add stock and recipes, purchasing, a WhatsApp inbox and campaigns, Google reviews and a loyalty card in Apple and Google Wallet, plus AI agents that read supplier invoices into stock, answer questions about sales from the business's own data, and draft replies to Google reviews.
