Dots is a global payouts platform for companies that pay large numbers of contractors, creators, sellers, gig workers, data annotators, and other non-employees. Businesses can send individual or batch payouts from a dashboard, upload a CSV, share a payout link, or automate payments through an API. Dots reaches 190+ countries through 300+ payment rails, including bank transfers, real-time payment networks, digital wallets, mobile money, cards, gift cards, and stablecoins where available. The platform collects payee details, verifies identity, runs KYC and sanctions checks, manages payout preferences, and tracks payment status. It also collects W-9 and W-8BEN forms, supports 1099 filing, provides branded onboarding, and handles payee support. Teams can monitor payouts, returns, fees, and reconciliation in one place. Dots is SOC 2 Type II compliant and has moved $2bn+ to 1m+ payees.
