The core Browser UI is dated **What problems is Dotmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the data generated by the scientists are collected in one place. Investment in the platform, including the Browser experience, is very much active and ongoing. It is Flexible, dynamic and customisable to the need and requirements of different departments. Enabling the creation of different and varied workflows that meets every process, from logistics to chemistry, biology or formulation and pharmacology. **What do you dislike about Dotmatics?** Unfortunately at times customisation can be a double edge sword and can make things challenging especially when it comes to the upgrade process. **What problems is Dotmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a platform that has resolved many logistics issues and is enabling us to create a collaborative Interface where Data-Driven-Science can develop, making the entire process of drug development easier and overall more efficient. ### 3. The annual admin requirement in terms of total hours is actually low. Support is really good, not perfect. **What do you dislike about Dotmatics?** It is "tinkery". Some of the things I have to do as an admin are surprisingly fussy and detailed. Ids have to be plucked from special places. The number of tables is amazing. Sometimes, there is no way to know where specific information comes from without pinging Support. It would help to have a schema and better tools for finding where values come from. Visualization is an issue. We had hopes for Blueprint, but it never panned out. **What problems is Dotmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data integration. Compound registration.
