It allows me to jump in and help with paperwork on my team members paperwork. **What do you dislike about dotloop?** Issues that randomly come up and the delay in support. When support does reply they simply tell you, "It looks like you were able to ..." When in reality I had to do a workaround. They don't bother to check the logs and look at the entire issue before dismissing it as solved. **Recommendations to others considering dotloop:** Try something else and if it does not work for you then Dotloop it is. If you are a team and need team management for documents then Dotloop is all there is. **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy create auto-fill in forms. Support team in paperwork, Provide transaction coordination for my agents. ### 2. Since Zillow purchased the company, pending sales showed up with the accepted price on Zillow, and properties were marked sold on Zillow when the banks were closed and the transaction did not close. In my opinion, the focus since the acquisition seems to be a lead generation site for Zillow to take information **Recommendations to others considering dotloop:** Use Authentisign or docusign **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting signed documents via the internet. I have not seen any benefits over above other products ### 3. They sold me a useless product. **What do you dislike about dotloop?** Don't expect them to do the right thing. Was not told in advance that they didn't have connections with our state and local forms which will now cost additional money. When I asked to get out of my contract because of the additional fees and all the time it was going to take, they refused. That tells me that all they care about is the money. That's just not how we do business! **Recommendations to others considering dotloop:** Check with state and local associations to see if it is even compatible first because they won't tell you that upfront. **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** None ### 4. More expensive than other solutions, no trial and lack of transparency. Tech support is slow to get on line and promises of resolutions or even touches not completed as promised. **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Noting that other provides do not offer. ### 5. Pretty interface and helpful tech for filling documents and allowing 3rd party users to fill documents. **What do you dislike about dotloop?** Non-intuitive. Things that should be simple and take ten minutes are very convoluted and take hours. The signing process is puzzling and Dotloop expects non-users to somehow know what to expect from its software. **Recommendations to others considering dotloop:** You can find a better solution in today's market place. When you factor in the price and the need for additional software for CRM and Accounting functionality, the value of Dotloop is heavily diminished. Especially after going through several weeks of painfully trying to integrate the software into my brokerage. **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transaction Management & Signing. Unfortunately, few benefits so far aside from having live docs that can be autofilled fairly easily. The signing process is abhorent. ### 6. Good luck **What do you dislike about dotloop?** I've used dotloop for years at multiple brokerages. Once i left Century 21 Everest all my loops were kept by Century 21. I buy my own properties so I would sign in my own loops. Century acts as if they own the loops yet I am the buyer so I see several lawsuits over privacy. **Recommendations to others considering dotloop:** Get off DOTLOOP ASAP **What problems is dotloop solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have several problems to solve.
