I find the reporting features in Dotdigital could be improved, particularly in campaign level reporting. It’s frustrating that I can't select a year-over-year (YoY) reporting view directly and have to open two tabs to compare. Additionally, the inability to select a date range when reporting for SMS campaigns is limiting. There's also a need for a more simplified way of viewing the performance of dynamic content in emails. Another area that could be enhanced is the product recommendation blocks, as we often encounter difficulties with the output when setting up product recommendations.
