The platform is pretty cheap compared to others in the market, and there was some flexibility around the contract they offered, especially useful for startups unable to commit to long-term contracts. The platform itself is limited in its functionality compared to others in the market - showing that you get what you pay for regarding the monthly cost being less than other available platforms. Despite clearly outlining some questions/concerns/issues with our client support rep & the onboarding rep, I didn't receive any response or solutions without chasing (or at all), so the customer support post-onboarding is lacking.
