What do you like best about Dot Compliance QMS?

Simple implementation of applications. The system is intuitive to use in many ways. The instructions in the form of videos make it even easier. The customer support is always quick and friendly. In our company, the system is used daily and the main work is done through the system. The integration of the data was easily implemented by the employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dot Compliance QMS?

There are missing examples for various processes because many windows are not clear what they are for. For example, with Deviation, it is sometimes not clear what I should use some fields for, what was intended with them. In part, not all functions that one would need for a functioning QMS are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
