For a specific part number, we may have up to 3 documents. It is inconvenient to have to make one workflow for each document. I know they can be linked, but having all 3 in the same workflow would prevent the need to repeat the same support documents 3 times and makes viewing each easier to compare to one another. visually incredibly clunky and cluttered, there is so much going on on screen and it's not high quality graphics. additionally, it requires too much click-through to get to the trainings. Once you're at the trainings there is far too much clutter on the dash once again and then once training is completed it doesn't take you back to or refresh the list page to tell you what has been completed. We use this all the time at work; it is really a friendly user once you get the hang of it. Aside from other stuff there are many features this thing has that really put our paper works to zero. One time they decided this to use for our change controls and implemented a new way how the signing will be, it did really help a lot for a quick response from different signatories from different place/areas.
