Forms/protocols that are linked to other documents are clunky. All of the standard information has to be re-entered. They are not easily linked/searchable to the parent document.

The equipment asset module also has some issues with linking documents together. Its also difficult to search for equipment, It doesn't always get displayed.

The preview pdfs rarely work properly and often contain artefacts and formatting issues. Checking out forms is often tedious as the online word editor often crashes. Not being able to retain the legacy numbering/naming conventions is frustrating and feels like something that could have easily been retained. Having linked forms being under completely different numbers is confusing and means that it isn't immediately obvious what forms are related when looking at the paper copies. The copy number system also isn't completely clear when referring to such forms as now everything is referred to as Copy-XXXX which without context is meaningless. When initiating a PeX report for the first time it can be a bit confusing. "Chattering' supervisors or leadership is not in a convenient or easy to see location as well as saving the document does not mean it will be pushed through.
