Many of the assessments don't happen with camera so, it is impossible for the examiner to catch the malpractice. **What problems is DoSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doselect platform helps to assess students and employees. I have attempted many tests in this platform and scored good marks. ### 2. Sometimes users get confused while giving assessments. **What problems is DoSelect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a recuitment platform, We use DoSelect in the screening round, we make tech assessment and it helps us in identifying the strengths and weakness of the candidates, we also share a skill gap report with the employer where we identify in what all areas the candidate need to work in order to be industry ready, we collect this data from DoSelect and make a report on skill gap and share it with employer as well as the candidates so that candidate can work on the skill difference and the employee is aware of the gaps. ### 3.
