DOS AI connects to your WhatsApp business number, your Instagram Direct and your Telegram bot, and answers customers in place of a receptionist. It quotes your prices and services from your own materials, understands voice notes and photos, books free slots from Google Calendar or a spreadsheet, and hands the chat to a person when a question gets hard. It follows up on its own with people who asked and went quiet. In Kazakhstan it also sends a Kaspi invoice inside the chat. You describe how the bot should behave in words, the way you would brief a new hire: no flowcharts, no code. It connects to Bitrix24, amoCRM and Kommo, AlfaCRM, iiko, MoySklad, Google Sheets and Calendar; developers get a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server. It works in any country with WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram. The dashboard is in English, Russian and Kazakh, and the bot replies in the customer's language. $25 a month per project, Telegram is free, the first 14 days are free, and sign-up adds $5 to the balance with no card. You pay for AI replies as you use them.
