**What do you like best about Doratoon?**

They have nice look templates for the pro plan.

**What do you dislike about Doratoon?**

No support. Didn't get a reply from their customer support.
Their Editor show Hebrew very good, After paying for a paid plan. When export the video, the Text doesn't appear in the video.

**What problems is Doratoon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create nice look animation video. 
Didnt solve the Text issue

It's great to hear that you appreciate their templates for the pro plan, but I'm sorry to hear about the lack of support and the issue with the exported video not showing text. You can always send us an email if we are not replying you instantly and the customer support will get back to you as soon as possible! Our email address is: doratoon@laipic.us  Once we receive the email and the details of the issue, we will address this issue and solve it for you!

Creating nice-looking animated videos is definitely a valuable service, and I hope that despite the issues you faced, Doratoon was able to provide some benefit to you in that regard.
