The team is extremely well versed in tackling the most sophisticated challenges. The success rate and time to remediate is far better than the competition. For us, it was an easy decision to switch to Doppel from our prior brand protection tool after conducting a POC. The support and customer service is excellent! Doppel is critical for maintaining brand protection and thwarting any threats against it. Doppel has saved us significant time and money by preventing this from being a full-time job for our employees. The time to remediate is the metric we were most blown away with. Every other brand protection tool we have used or demo ‘ed has significant delays when it comes to remediation times. Unfortunately, delays in remediating brand protection threats can have severe consequences to the business and reputation. Thankfully with Doppel this is no longer a worry of ours. Protecting your brand is not glamorous. Doppel claims meticulous real-time monitoring on your brand across various digital domains, encompassing social media, emails, dark web, and advertising platforms. It also claims to reach autonomy on detecting and acting on these threats. Do they meet the claim? Mostly yes. I cannot overstate how easy it is to start addressing this problem, yet how difficult it is to maintain that pace. Doppel steps in to solve this problem and they do it mostly right. Doppel has raised the benchmark for this problem, and I would consider them industry leaders in this space. The takedowns have been quite fast and working with them closely has been truly a pleasure. Speculating this has to do with scale or type of business, they require a lot of upfront policy and detection corrections, which honestly, is to be expected.
