Maybe it was because our admin was marketing base not security. As a fintech, our brand is a constant target for phishing kits and impersonation campaigns, and Doppel consistently surfaces these threats early. On a typical day, we’re processing at least five takedowns, and more when there’s an active campaign running. The automation and AI layer they’ve built has noticeably reduced what used to be manual SOC triage, and their team genuinely pushes hard on takedowns instead of simply queueing them up and waiting. **What do you dislike about Doppel?** Two honest observations. First, takedown speed is sometimes capped by the receiving platform. If a registrar or social network is slow to act, or if the account holder isn’t cooperative, there’s only so much any vendor can do. That’s an industry reality rather than a Doppel-specific issue, but it’s still worth setting expectations accordingly. Second, the dashboard has room for improvement in a few areas. To their credit, they’re actively iterating, and I’ve seen meaningful changes ship over time. Rome wasn’t built in a day. **What problems is Doppel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brand abuse and impersonation in financial services are relentless, and trying to manually monitor domains, app stores, social platforms, and dark web sources simply doesn’t scale. The main dashboard throws a ton of info at you all at once - lists of threats, status updates.
