DoorLoop was very easy to set up and learn. The support team has been quick to respond and very helpful. We use it daily for rent collection, accounting, leasing and screening applicants and navigating all of those things has been very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far the only downsides we have seen that weren't simply user error are that you aren't able to add a vendor or tenant without contact info. Thankfully there's an easy work around for that but sometimes we just want to add a one time vendor like a gas station or other that we don't really need contact info for. DoorLoop has fantastic customer service. Any time I need help, I always have the ability to hop on and send a chat message to get help. This is super easy and quick. If my issue is more extensive then they are able to look at what I'm seeing and help me throiugh it. They are responsive and helpful. The only issue I have ever had with Doorloop was at the beginning there was a delay in processing rent payments to the account. That issue has since been resolved and I haven't had any issues with them since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DoorLoop has excellent customer service, no matter your business size. They personally respond quickly to your help requests, and they take your feedback seriously. I suggested a new feature for their product, and, within a couple of weeks, I was meeting with a product engineer to brainstorm that feature. I only have a few units, and many of the tenants come through Airbnb, so I only have two or three tenants that use DoorLoop. That means that the $60 monthly price tag is hard to justify, particularly given the lack of a budget feature. In addition, I would have to upgrade in order to make payments from DoorLoop to my tenants. That means that I have to refund the security deposit outside of DoorLoop. DoorLoop is still the best property management software that I have been able to find, so the question for me is whether I actually need any software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use is a huge win for us. No one loves doing property management administration, but DoorLoop makes it easy to jump into the system and do what has to be done quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When entering line items in an expense record, say, would be great if the data entry were a bit more Excel-grid-like so entry would be faster. Also, if I use hot keys to find a value in a drop down, the tab key should select the value rather than having to use the mouse to click what is already highlighted.
