DoorDash has a really good customer service, in contrast to other delivery apps. Once an order was delayed by one hour, I contacted the customer service and i did receive a reiimbursment without any problems. The app itself is selfexplanatory, there are categories of kitchenstyles or the mealtype you would like. If you search for a certain restaurant you can simply use the searchbar. I dislike the many fees that come with ordering DoorDash. It seems like there are endless service fees, and I would rather tip the driver more than pay these random fees. Also, I don't like how DoorDash's time of delivery estimates are always wrong. As a restaurant, I enjoy the multiple options that DoorDash offers you such as phone calls, or renting a tablet, or renting a tablet + printer. The website is managed by their company and they are eager to get you on the platform.

As a restaurant, I hated how they signed us up without asking us beforehand. Our staff was not prepared for the phone calls, as there were lots of communication issues from their drivers or whoever that placed orders. We would prepare the order, and then they'd come pick it up and went: "Oh no, I only meant 1. I didn't mean 3." I didn't like how all the details for the contract were kept hidden until you got a call from them (so there was nothing I could look up on my own and consider. I just wanted to know if I had tablet options, and I couldn't even find that out). Now I get spammed calls and emails all the time from their people.

As a customer, their customer support system is absolutely a nightmare to deal with. The "staff" are eager to close your queries, and provide no assistance whatsoever. The system itself is faulty with many glitches, and many users get banned for no reason. (A quick google search will bring it up).
