I like that when I need a report, I can get it on my phone right away or making any types to changes such as pricing, or marking OOS items. If you own or manage more than one location, it's easy to just select what store you need or you can view all stores on one page. Setting up was super easy! The prompts on the screen once you turn it on ensures you don't make any mistakes. Customer support is great! I've never called them, but directly speaking to my onboarding specialist, he was very helpful and great. As a customer, I enjoy that there are many options only available on the DoorDash platform. **What do you dislike about DoorDash for Merchants?** As a restaurant, I hated how they signed us up without asking us beforehand. Our staff was not prepared for the phone calls, as there were lots of communication issues from their drivers or whoever that placed orders. We would prepare the order, and then they'd come pick it up and went: "Oh no, I only meant 1. I didn't mean 3." I didn't like how all the details for the contract were kept hidden until you got a call from them (so there was nothing I could look up on my own and consider. I just wanted to know if I had tablet options, and I couldn't even find that out). Now I get spammed calls and emails all the time from their people. As a customer, their customer support system is absolutely a nightmare to deal with. The "staff" are eager to close your queries, and provide no assistance whatsoever. The system itself is faulty with many glitches, and many users get banned for no reason. (A quick google search will bring it up). As both, the "staff" there seem really insincere, and it's quite obvious that you are not important. **Recommendations to others considering DoorDash for Merchants:** Don't. Pick up the food, or deliver it yourself, or pick anyone else. Not worth your time **What problems is DoorDash for Merchants solving and how is that benefiting you?** DoorDash made it so that they appeared as "THE" delivery app for my restaurant on Google, when they're the only one that we haven't signed up with. It's annoying because now all the customers complain about our service through DoorDash, and I'm like "Hey wait, we're not even with them!" I've realized that I don't need DoorDash, and have since applied to delete my account. ### 25.
