Door Openers gives independent HR consultants a set of ready-made diagnostics to send to prospects and clients under their own name, logo and contact details. A business owner answers in about five minutes on any device, with no account to create. Every tool returns two reports. The client edition is clear and jargon-free, carries the consultant's branding on every page and never mentions Door Openers. The consultant edition sets out each finding with the figures behind it, talking points, a running order for the first conversation and the paid pieces of work the results point to. The tools: a People Health Check across five areas of HR; a Staff Turnover Cost Calculator that turns five numbers the client already knows into an annual cost; three anonymous pulse surveys (team, wellbeing and manager), which can carry the client's own logo; a People Plan Canvas for the planning session; and a Master Report that brings a client's results together. Around the tools sits a simple practice manager: one Companies list with a next step, notes and a timeline for each company, a calendar and a morning reminder email. Built in the UK for independent and fractional HR consultants who want a professional way to open the first conversation with a small business.
