  ### 1. Promised prior-year IRS filings by email, then charged extra at onboarding

**What do you like best about doola?**

The concept and scope of the service is appealing: a single provider handling Delaware compliance and IRS filings. The initial sales/support team was responsive over email and quick to answer pre-purchase questions.

**What do you dislike about doola?**

Before purchasing, I confirmed by email that my plan would cover filing IRS forms for previous years, and the team said yes. During onboarding, however, I was told previous years required paid add-ons, contradicting what I had been promised in writing. When I requested a refund so I could switch to another vendor, they offered only a partial refund rather than a full one. The main issue is the gap between what was committed over email and what was actually honored at onboarding.

**Recommendations to others considering doola:**

Don't consider. Try others.

**What problems is doola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used doola for Delaware entity compliance and IRS tax form filing. The goal was to have a provider handle ongoing federal tax compliance for the company, including catching up on prior-year IRS filings.

**What do you like best about doola?**

The response time before you pay them. They answer your question really fast with good attitude.

**What do you dislike about doola?**

Everything happend after you pay them.

They does not do things they promised you. They do not care about you and your demands.

**What problems is doola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doola's sales said they can help startup with TRC, they promised it can be solved if I pay $2000.

After I paied, they got no progress. Now, 8 month past, eveytime I asked them, they saied it is in progress.

Please do not trust this company.
