If you have a lot of people that need to be organized around a certain day and time, Doodle is the best way to do that. I am able to give many options and allow my colleagues to check off their availability. It is much more convenient than word of mouth or constant communication to determine when everyone is available to meet. For example, if 4/5 people say they're available on a Friday, I will schedule for Friday. However, 2 days before, someone changed their availability and now Thursday is more convenient. I also like that there is an option for participants to indicate that they can't attend at all; in other apps we've used, that wasn't an option and we confused people's lack of response as not participating when in actuality they couldn't make the event. **What do you dislike about Doodle?** It would be nice to have a function that synced up our google calendar with the app so we can see what we already have scheduled before we fill out the Doodle , in case we double-book ourselves on accident. **What problems is Doodle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since everyone has different times of availability, our group uses Doodle to schedule meetings and events for a time that is convenient for everyone. ### 49.
