Previously, it used to be a free service and that was the best! However, for busy people, its far cheaper than hiring someone to coordinate and schedule for you, with not much extra effort. It connects with zoom, Microsoft, facebook, google and other tools you probably use. What do you dislike about Doodle? However, they switched from being a largely free tool to having you pay. The cost benefit isn’t that great as you can do similar things in tools like slack where you can have a poll that will help determine what everyone’s availability is. We use outlook and other Microsoft products in our organization so for scheduling meetings, there’s a tool integrated into Outlook Calendar that will show who is available and when. I thought it was a very user-friendly program compared to Microsoft/Google Didn't take much to learn the program. I was fairly competent within a day of usage. Makes scheduling meetings/events with large groups super easy. I especially like that the app makes it easy to find an open slot across multiple people's calendars. I wasn't a fan of the aesthetics of the app. The massive amount of emails you receive when you are the creator of a poll. Recommendations to others considering Doodle: I would give it a try and see if it fits your team's needs. There is no one size fits all software. If you are tired of struggling with Microsoft and Google this software might be a "breath of fresh air" for your team. You can always start with the free version to see if it meets your team's needs. The premier features are nice but you can definitely get by without them. Doodle lets you limit the number of people who can select specific options that make things easier. I am solving scheduling problems for meetings and various projects. It is very easy to sync various meetings/calendar events etc using doodle. It is also a nice survey tool for capturing various opinions. It can be very frustrating trying to get a group vote on something when you have a very large team. What do you dislike about Doodle? i think it can not have enough to customize the style of survey, but it is still like i mentioned in the question above one fo the easiest platforms to use when sending out surveys to multiple people and understanding how and where to get the informaiton at the end. However, in some ways, the UI is very unclear and I end up clicking around a lot to get to the places i want. I dont like how doodle asks me for email addresses to share the results of my poll.
