Doodle polls are very easy to set up, send, and respond to. The UI is intuitive and it doesn't take much to get up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. If you have multiple dates and times (for example, Mon-Wed any time between noon and 5pm) Doodle's UI creates an incredibly long horizontal scroll bar which is not intuitive to all users resulting in confusion and missed scheduling opportunities. If you have a large window for meeting time (a couple of days and/or multiple hour windows) it creates a confusing amount of options that participants often don't see. I have to include a screenshot of the horizontal scrollbar with each Doodle Poll schedule to remind my team and customers to include all of their availability, not just what shows up in the window. Its designed to use interactively with groups of people who use the same app, which I dont know of any of my friends or colleagues who use it and I'm not about to try to convince them all that they should. Doodle is very easy to use and easy to transfer to any type of colleague or student. You are able to complete whatever you wish and there are helpful bars that can make your poll more valuable to you. Doodle is also simple to use on the laptop or desktop. It is not pleasing to the eye compared to competitors such as Qualtrics and Google Survey. Another dislike of mine is that Doodle's mobile development is lacking. It is difficult to use on the phone.
