BAD Server and Worst IT Support. At 7/4/2021 the sever is suddenly goes down without any notice. There is no any phone call or live chat to contact them. You can just send email to them. They just tell you to wait, and nothing can do. I even cannot do any online survey or download the data. After around three days. They recovered a month ago history. As data is lost The only solution is to send the log to them and say they can only fix this if I send the log and some IT steps. As our COmpnay have no IT in-charge. And dooblo still do nothing help.
