What do you like best about DonorSearch?

DonorSearch has an incredible trove of donor data that allows my team to quickly identify and assess possible candidates to support our organization. We were impressed with the ease with which we were able to add a daily automated screening as this is one of our important sources for new donors. The software is incredibly powerful and insightful. What do you like best about DonorSearch?

Being in the non-profit world for the last 20 years, I realized a long time ago that wealth screening is the most significant tool I have. Targeted fundraising has helped me be a better fundraiser over the years. Instead of stumbling around in the dark looking up addresses in Zillow, Donor Search gives me the ability to make a decision to approach a prospect based on data--and lots of it. I am a self-professed data-hog and I LOVE this product. It helped me raise over $1MM in 90 days during COVID and continues to prove itself the invaluable tool that it is. The staff is VERY helpful and understand their product inside and out. I highly recommend this product for it's ease of use an data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorSearch?

I can't think of anything--really. I have used other programs but they do not come close to Donor Search Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DonorSearch?

I like that the algorithm is based on a donor's prior giving and philanthropic intent rather than simply public measures of wealth. I like that it integrates with Raiser's Edge NXT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't implemented it yet. But if the customer support during implementation is similar to their customer service upon acquisition and launch, I am not too worried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DonorSearch provides the most centralized source of aggregated donor data to help development and fundraising teams make informed and smart decisions for major asks, capital campaigns, and general relationship building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With such an amazing product it is hard to find anything to dislike. Some consultants overpromise what can be delivered, so I would suggest internal review of 3rd party partners to be sure DonorSearch's integrity is never in question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
