Wealth summaries are great high-level looks at donors, and it's integrated with our CRM, Giveffect, so we don't have to go back and forth between software. DonorSearch provides great value. The cost is reasonable and the data is trustworthy and very useful in our analysis. We have used the scoring models to figure out the best way to focus our limited resources. The integration with Blackbaud RE-NXT helps keep more data in a single location. As with any tool that is based largely on names, there can be inaccuracies with common names. Some of the integration with RE-NXT is very easy but it's a bit of work to get other information into the system and requires intervention/coordation with the vendor.
