We have used DonorSearch in our Advancement shop since 2017, and have been very happy with the prompt delivery of results as well as the intuitive platform they have provided for all of our batch screening needs. The customer service has always been polite and timely, and they have been more than willing to provide training and extra explanations of their tools whenever it has been required. They are also very cost effective for our smaller research shop, and provide straightforward instructions for system integrations, even if direct integration isn't an option. We use the product daily in our regular duties. We would highly recommend them for any advancement shop as base prospect research tool and a safe economic choice, for both one-off screenings and batch screenings, as well as the the wide array of other services they provide. They use a different rating base than we do in our current shop, but that is easily accounted for. Some of the add-ons can be most cost-prohibitive for smaller shops with less budget to spend, but most of those just provide an extra layer of analysis that may not be necessary for all of the basic day-to-day research and verifications.
