Being able to overlay the DSAI information with the traditional DonorSearch scores has been very helping in identifying the best prospects. The DonorSearch team does a great job of helping their clients strategize the best ways to use the data. Having accessible and friendly people to work with has really helped us up our game in how we are using the data to identify major gift and mid-level prospects. I don't like that when refreshing a DonorSearch profile from Salesforce, it creates an entire new profile instead of updating the older one. I feel that it makes me have to re-do work that I have already one because team members who are opening profiles from Salesforce are not always looking at the version I have been working on from within DonorSearch. I feel like sometimes with DonorSearch I have to repeat work I have already done because notes or labels or fields I have added to a profile don't always transfer to a new profile.
