Their software drives RESULTS. I have easily raised over $20,000,000 in the past six years with this software. I would not have been able to do it without DonorSearch. Every fundriaser has to ask "what is the highest and best use of my time?". DonorSearch does the heavy lifting for you to take your leads, and make the BEST funding opportunities available for you in an instant. If you are ever "lost" on where you next steps to raise money are, you can simply call anyone on the DonorSearch team and make it happen. **What do you dislike about DonorSearch?** The only thing that I dislike about DonorSearch is that we don't share an office -- They are incredible. No complaints here. That said, I do want to set expectations -- there is NO SUCH THING as a perfect list. You will have lists that arn't 100% accurate. That will be found everywhere. In my 8 years using DonorSearch AND software like iWave, ResearchPoint / Target Analytics, Wealth Engine -- DonorSearch is by far the KING. You can't beat the product. **What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the question for me of "who should I contact to financially support our mission". They have provided acurate and actionable data every time I use their software. Seriously --- Stop reading reviews and just buy it... You will not be able to find a software team to better help you raise money quickly and affordably. I mostly use the integrated search function to look up prospects and prepare for major gift meetings. The information I get from Donor Search always helps me determine at least a ballpark for my ask. Weʻve also had success doing a batch screen of lapsed donors to help us determine how to best target our communications and outreach. Iʻm 1.5 years in and we still have a lot more to explore with the platform! **What do you dislike about DonorSearch?** Sometimes itʻs hard to know if the donation information is complete. If donors give mostly in a DAF or anonymously, it can be misleading. But this isnʻt a big deal when I rely on Donor Search with a few other tools (like google, our database, foundation directory) to do my research. **What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?** DonorSearch is my number one stop for helping determine capacity of a donor prospect.
