DonorPerfect is easy to use once you start digging into it. It has a comprehensive donor profile section, and you can track just about everything. The actual FUNCTIONS are great, but the execution leaves something to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a constant up/down cycle happening with the platform. I receive at least three emails a week that the system is experiencing issues, and that maintenance is happening.

The functions are good - but the execution and actual process to use the platform is old UI. Moves Management will not advance automatically, you cannot edit/move steps in a plan once it's created - you have to start over. You cannot add a donor to a moves management plan - you have to add them as a mass upload.

The onboarding process has gone as smooth as one would hope so far. I have also reached out for help through the online chat and was very happy with the quick response time and the knowledge of the person. They quickly resolved my issue. That experience was more helpful than our old company had been in all 30 years combined :-)

Donor Perfect is perfect for a no-frills way of storing donor information and tracking moves management. The reports are expansive and cover the major areas of interest and they also have an easy-to-use report builder tool to get exactly what you need. They also send articles and webinars that I have found useful as both a Donor Perfect user and a fundraiser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main dislike about Donor Perfect is the dashboard feature. It is not exceptionally user friendly and it is difficult to customize. It would be super helpful as a way to report out to my board, but I don't think it's at a place to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't love that there are limitations to the Drag and Drop forms. I also don't like that our recurring donors can't update a credit card themselves - we have to call and follow up, which uses valuable staff time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
