I have found DonorPerfect to be very to use. It is loaded with features that I have not seen in any of its competitors in this market. I also find that each feature has a webinar on how to use these features. I also found that my Customer Representative to be very knowledgeable and easily explains these features to answer my questions. My team is trying to learn it while carrying on their regular work. Therefore, it takes them more time to learn the software. The forms are easily implemented. What I like best about DonorPerfect is how centralized and user-friendly it is for managing donor data. I typically dread calling a service department or help desk (doesn't everyone?) but NEVER when I need to call DonorPerfect for help, advice, or information. In fact, if I could choose 11 instead of 10 on the scale of how likely it is I would recommend DP to someone, I would! (Tip of the hat to Spinal Tap). DP responders are incredibly knowledgeable about the platform and about our needs and conundrums as fundraisers, so they know exactly how to guide us to solutions and problem-solve any challenge we might have. There is A LOT to learn and the learning curve can feel daunting (like, after a few weeks I forgot how to do that thing I mastered before unless I have to do it regularly.) DonorPerfect is a robust, user friendly CRM software which has only improved over the time that I have been using it as the Development Manager at my non-profit. They provide vital quality services to help clients use their database more effectively and have always been friendly & courteous whenever I have needed assistance. Coming from Blackbaud, there is a steep learning curve. I think the reporting features can be improved to make the overall data pulls easier and more intuitive. Its great that we can use Donor Perfect to look up our volunteers birthday's, hours worked, volunteering prefernces. We send cards to wish them Happy Birthday's.
