What do you like best about DonorHub?

We use DonorHub primarily to connect our staff to MPDx. As an admin I appreciate that I can connect through Donorhub to answer common questions about funds and donations without having to be a coach in MPDx. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No downsides so far. Like I said, our staff primarily use MPDx to access the information in DonorHub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DonorHub?

This product allowed for custom integration into our ERP for staff to view their donations and expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorHub?

Full CRM management requires use of MPDX, yet this adds many additional features. The DonorHub product can be used as-is, or with the MPDX connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had been using MPDX and other donor management tools, but they were not in sync with our finance software, so they did not show a live balance. A lot of time was required for manual maintenance of the donor CRMs which staff previously used. Requests and needs to our finance team were reduced because of the visibility this provided directly to our staff who needed the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
