My brand new nonprofit needed a simple solution for our new CRM to manage donors. Thankfully I found DonorDock because I didn't realize that I also needed a donation page. Having both of those integrated together is a game-changer. The user interface is easy to use and professionally designed for our organization and the donation page is the same for our donors. We've had personalized service from the customer service team even though we're only using the free level currently. The most helpful thing about Donordock is how affordable it is with all of its amazing features. I was able to cancel our constant contact subscription and payment processor and streamline everything into Donordock which uses Stripe. This has saved our Non-Profit a lot of money and has offered better ways to engage with our donors than our previous CRM which didn't even recognize if we had a new donor.
