What do you like best about DonorDock?

The CRM function of DonorDock is the best function. It's algorithyms are excellent at reminding and recognizing gifts and what to do next. The reports are easy to find and easy to make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

What I dislike about DonorDock is its duplicate contact recognition. It doesn't recognize duplicates and doesn't match them well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The smart nudges from ActionBoard® are amazing at reminding you to take action with your Donors! Glad it's of value to your Jennifer!

What do you like best about DonorDock?

The simple interface and easy to customize badges make fine-tuning your data, mailing/e-mailing targets, and reporting SO SIMPLE. Creating professional email templates is also so straightforward and better looking than previous software we were using. It's just a dream to work with all around. What do you dislike about DonorDock?

Thus far, no complaints. Everything works as expected. The email limit could potentially be an issue for us someday, and the only thing I wonder if the price is too good to be true for sustainability. ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DonorDock?

Easy to design and personalize the landing pages for campaigns. It's easy for people to donate and it looks professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

We'd love for a copy of the receipt to go to en email based on the campaign. This would allow us to send a copy of the receipt automatically to the appropriate department instead of one person having to forward the emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DonorDock?

Several things make Donor Dock appealing, but some of my favorites are the reporting features, customizable receipt templates, and the ability to pull reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDock?

We are very satisfied with DonorDock but one thing we found cumbersome was the need to run transactions through Zapier to get them to process from Stripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the kind "report"!

For the Stripe integration, you can create giving pages directly inside DonorDock and have Stripe synced natively through it! If you are using another service to collect payments, that is where stripe limits the data allowed and requires a zap. Hope that helps! Check out Online Giving Pages if you haven't already!

What do you like best about DonorDock?

Really easy-to-use donor database! It is user-friendly, simple to figure out, easy reporting, has great newsletter ability, and generally a strong down-to-earth donor database! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Compared to some of the other 'big guys', there is not much in the way of automation. For a small nonprofit like ours, that is OK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
