The rate of the processing for payments feels high. I also feel like they can improve their formatting options for paragraph text boxes inside of the donation landing pages, it's very simple text, which doesn't allow for effective messaging. If you could make it so that you could have paragraph breaks, bold, italics, font size changes, that would be helpful. Same for the post-donation thank you pages. Donorbox does not offer credit for one-time mistakes. In my case, I selected the option for donors to cover fees, but I unknowingly also selected “swift pay.” In rare situations like this—or as a standard “GRACE” protocol—I think Donorbox should offer a one-time fee credit when something wasn’t intentional. I really like the customizability of Donorbox. It feels like it's truly a tool built for the end user, whether they are a bit more advanced in their knowledge or have no idea how to set anything up. It's tailored to each person, allowing them to follow through and create it and use it exactly in the way they intend to. It works as a CRM for me, housing all the information I need in one spot. It also provides a direct dashboard for donors, enabling them to donate or connect to my website easily, which I built on Wix.
