I would maybe have an option where people can choose to be able to make a recurring donation every month of their choosing. Also I wish that when people click on the donate from my website that it didnt go to a whole new tab to donorbox website and donorbox url. I absolutely loved the trial experience with Donorbox. Setting up Donorbox was extremely easy, as I could integrate and connect our PayPal account within minutes, include our branding colors, and incorporate our messaging for donor communications. It was surprisingly simple. Donorbox effectively solves the problem of providing an easy way for us to communicate donation methods to potential donors, which saves time in receiving donations for our nonprofit. I find the ease of use and the simplicity with which people can donate via our site most valuable, along with the quick integration with PayPal for fast donation receipt. The low cost of Donorbox is another appealing factor, making it a service I would consider using again in the future. Additionally, I've found the initial setup to be very easy, which is great for our fundraising campaigns. It allows us to engage with all the European donors and provides access to worldwide giving. I really like being able to create campaigns and handle offline donations easily. Donorbox makes it super convenient to automatically generate yearly tax receipts, which is such a blessing for our small team. I find it great that I can embed Donorbox everywhere and integrate it with pretty much everything. The simplicity in using different platforms like Apple Pay, stocks, or crypto for donations, as well as the ease of embedding and using forms, makes it easy to bring support into the ministry. Having a website where I can natively or easily embed through Squarespace helps match colors to the site, and it just makes a lot of things easier. I wasn't able to take a stock donation because I wasn't on the paid plan yet. I don't have enough support and donation revenue yet to do that, so having that would be nice. Also, anything I can integrate with, like email marketing or church management software, would be awesome. I appreciate Donorbox because it allows me to raise funds on a recurring basis, which suits my local school district's needs. I like that it's a 'set it and forget it' system that works efficiently and pays out properly. The fact that it provided me with a QR code is handy. It serves its purpose very well. I love that I can really detail if I want recurring payments or one-time payments, and it explains each tier level clearly. It sets everything up nicely for the donor to understand what they're signing up for, including the category and the amount they're paying. I find the initial setup pretty easy, taking me less than fifteen minutes, and the fees being lower than similar services like Patreon was a decisive factor for choosing Donorbox. What I like most about Donorbox is how simple and easy it is to use. Setting up donation campaigns is straightforward and the donation process is smooth for supporters. I also like that it allows recurring donations and helps us stay organized by tracking donor information and contributions in one place. It has made fundraising much more manageable for our team. The initial setup was easy; we were able to create our first donation campaign quickly without any technical difficulties. I’d give it a 9 out of 10.
